To understand the basic concept behind visual and sound. The subject tries to focus on the elementary knowledge of broadcast as a medium. The aim of this subject is for the students to learn visual grammar and identify elements of broadcast news. The student will grasp the skills of handling the cameras, shoot a story, and will be able to gather and edit and report a story for television production or gather sound bytes for radio production.
